MFT Contest!

Good Evening Everyone!!! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!!! I have been missing in action all day due to catching up on some over due rest...LOL!!! I had a very busy weekend and such a busy busy Saturday I needed some watch tv in bed time..!!!! A very lazy Sunday it was really nice!!!


I wanted to share a project with you that I made tonight!!! My Favorite Things is having a contest for a guest designer spot for a one month period. My Favorite Things was one of my VERY first FAVORITE companies!!! I just love these images and own a ton so I just had to join in!!! For the challenge we were to think spring so I decided to use one of my all time favorite sets Rain or Shine.

This is probably a long shot for me considering the competition....... but I really just enjoyed making this creation!!! They are only picking one guest designer so I have my fingers crossed!!! Wish me luck everyone!!!

Here is my project, I decided to make a flower shaped card. I really like how this turned out!!!

SSHP16 - Bigger is Better


Good Morning Everyone Happy Saturday!!! Before I get to my post today as promised I wanted to tell you what the new store in Medina Ohio had yesterday!!! The name of her store is Bee Scrappy this was for sure a good find. The things that caught my eye....She had Inky Impressions Stamps, Whiff of Joy, Sparkle and Sprinkle, Copic Markers, Basic Grey, My Minds Eye, Shimmers, Fun charms and embellishments. Lots of bling, primas, inks, oh my it was a great place. I did pick up a few stamps and of course I just had to have some more paper...LOL!!!!

I am so excited for today too, I have a fun Stampin Up class to attend. I love these classes we always make such fun projects and this weeks theme is Valentines. I will be sure to post the fun stuff we made on tomorrows post!!!

Okay its Saturday and its time for another fun Saturday Spotlight Challenge. This weeks challenge is to think "bigger is better"! Use oversized big items, accessories, images etc. that may even be too large for your card!! Get out all those BIG things and use them!

Call Me

Good Morning Everyone!!! WOOHOO it is Friday!!! I am ready for the weekend!! Me and my good friend Angie are heading to a new stamp store today...I am very excited to see what they carry!!! I will be back probably early afternoon, if there is any good finds I will be sure to let you know!!! I am over due for a day out, its very cold here today but at least the sun is shining!!!


Today I decided to make a card using this sweet image from Hero Arts. I found this adorable little set at Archivers and just love it!!! She is such a cutie!!! I made this card for a couple of challenges today....

New and Fabulous Digi Company!

Good Morning Everyone!!! Happy Hump Day, I wish the sun would shine and be warmer outside. It seems like the cold never wants to go away!!!! Its 22 degrees here in Northeast Ohio!!! Come on spring!!!


Today I wanted to share a couple cards with you that I made using some images from this Brand NEW Digital Company. Wink Wink Ink!!! My good friend Vicki was asked to be a designer for this fab new company and I thought I would help her and Melanie out by spreading the word!!! These images are soooo fun to color. Also if you chose not to color these digis also come in colored form. How cool is that???? Melanie is such a very talented artist!!! Check out her blog HERE for some new images she just created!!!

A Thinking of You Mojo

Good Afternoon Everyone, Oh my I have been slacking in the blogging world today!!! I have finally tried to get my house scrubbed and cleaned...Oh what a chore when you have 3 kids and pets!!!! It will probably stay like this until tomorrow...LOL

Last night I decided to make a card for my Aunt, I have been sending her a card once a week since my grandma (her mom) passed away!! I thought this week I would make her something bright and cheery!! I decided to use this great image from Artful INKables the set is called Think Big...I also included the MOJO Sketch 123 the square version to this card!!!! I tried to take many pictures because the ribbon matches perfectly in person but for some reason my camera doesn't like red too much LOL!!! Hope you like my creation today!!

WSC03 - Whimsy Heart Challenge!!

I decided to use one of our NEW RELEASED images from the Snickerdoodle Kids Collection. This image is called Janice and Marty's Snow Day. SSHP15 - Let the Sunshine In & Wings of Hope!

Good Morning Everyone Happy Saturday. I have a couple things I want to share with you today!!! First I would like to share what Whimsy Stamps is doing to help out Haiti ............

This special "Wings of Hope" digital stamp, illustrated by Crissy Armstrong, is being released by Whimsy Stamps and will only be available to purchase in digital form from now until the end of February. For my project today I was thinking LIGHT with my use of yellow. I found this cute cute lantern in the Michael's dollar spot. As soon as I saw it I thought right away about my fun image from Inky Impressions, Angelica's Lantern. AWWW she is just sooo sweet. My daughter wants this as her night light I must say she will have it after today :) I also wanted to show you how the lantern lights up. It is very cool the image flickers. The picture didn't show how it really looks because it didn't come out too good but I wanted to share it with you anyway. Thank goodness for battery operated tea lights!!! LOL!!!!

Pink with Hearts!



Happy Hump Day Everyone!!!! First of all I wanted to thank all of you for your comments on my blog. I think I finally have it finished and the right colors for me!!!! My AWESOME sister in law is the pro at computers and web design!!! She really hooked me up....... I think I drove her nuts with all the changes...LOL!!!!

Think Spring

Good Morning Everyone...WOW it's Tuesday already!!! I was wondering if I could get some opinions today on my blog????? I am in the process of giving it a make over....I am not completely finished...... I am trying to figure out how to make it more "me"...Do you have any ideas???? I would love to hear them!!!! Also do you like the colors??? Love to know what my followers think so far.....



Moving on to my card today....Today's is the Think Ink Challenge at Artful INKables!!!! This weeks challenge is to Think Spring!!! This is the perfect challenge because I am so ready for spring already!!! I decided to use this sweet set A Bird's Song. Birds just make me think of spring!!! I decided to pull out my Prismas and Gamsol for this image. I totally forgot how much I love that technique...I have been so hooked on Copics!!! I have to say though today, I am still not sure about my creation these colors of this great SEI paper were quite tricky!!!

Stamp Something - Blue and White

Good Morning Everyone!!! I wanted to share a project with you that I made for the Stamp Something challenge this week!!! This weeks challenge is to add blue and white to your creations!!! I have not scrap booked in ages but I just couldn't resist today!!!!

Whimsy Stamps is sponsoring Stamp Something this week and I just had to use this fun fun Whimsy image...... Soccer Connor. He just reminds me so much of my little guy...... and when I saw the blue and white color combo challenge this week I just knew then I needed to scrapbook!!! This image works fantastic on scrapbook pages....the soccer ball also comes with this darling image and it is perfect to punch out!!!! I will have to use this cute guy for soccer thank you cards next season!!!!

For my card this week I decided to use this fun image by Hanna Stamps. I first stamped and embossed lots of snowflakes on baja cardstock. Added some torn white cardstock, and added glitter to the white cardstock to look like snowy hills. I then cut her out and popped her up like she is jumping in the snow!!!! SNOW FABULOUS!! LOL

What's Moo????

WSC01 - Snow Wonderful!

Our challenge this week is to make a card with SNOW. I chose this adorable Whimsy Owl. He is just the sweetest!!!! I colored him with Copics and pierced two small holes near his neck, added some fibers to look like a winter scarf. He has got to be freezing with all this snow I added in this shaker box.!!! LOL!!!

Inky Sketch Challenge



Good Morning Everyone!!! Its time for another fun Inky Challenge. This weeks challenge we are following this sketch that was created by our very own Domi!!!!

I decided to use this sweet image Flower LiLi by Inky Impressions for my creation. Isn't she just a doll!!! This image is soooo sweet to color and so very versatile. Tickled Pink!!



Good Morning Everyone, Happy Tuesday!!!! I wanted to share my CAS card with you that I made for THINK INK TUESDAY challenge. This weeks challenge is to make a monochromatic card. I decided to use this sweet image from the Down on Farm set by Artful INKables. I just love this cute little piggy and sentiment.
